Access to Artist's Books
Artist Yuka Petz will be giving an artist talk/talk back at the Seattle Art Book Fair on May 7, 2023. In addition to her own books and book-adjacent artwork, Yuka will discuss the different ways she’s thought about and attempted to increase access to book arts and artist's books, including teaching, forming a book arts collaborative and an artist’s book collection in New Orleans, and her current role as host of the Artist’s Books Unshelved video series.

As a relative newcomer to the Pacific Northwest, Yuka is interested in hearing from you, whether you're a highly engaged member of the many communities that cross into publishing art books, zines, artist's books, etc., or if you feel outside of them.

Please note that you do not need to live in or near Seattle to participate in this survey.

During the talk, she will share responses received in this informal questionnaire. Audience participants will also be welcome to answer this question online or on provided cards at the event. Responses will be publicly viewable and remain anonymous.

Thank you!
