FIVE STEPS to order Camp Bethel Apple Butter:

1. You should have paid in advance of being directed to this form. If you have not paid yet, do so using the buttons on our Trading Post web page. https://www.campbethelvirginia.org/tradingpost.html 

2. Fill out your personal information at the beginning of this form.

3. Confirm the sizes and quantities of Apple Butter you purchased.

4. Enter the Total Dollar Amount for your purchase.

5. Write the day and time of your pick-up. Pick-up is between 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday at Camp Bethel. Pick-up will be contactless; your items will be waiting for you on at a table on the office porch with your name attached. If you need an alternate pick-up time, contact us at CampBethelOffice@gmail.com.
