Please fill out the following form to allow your 5th - 8th grade student to attend the upcoming Student Council Dance on Friday, May 3rd from 5:00 - 6:30 pm at Honor Intermediate.

The cost to attend the dance is $5.00 and should be paid on your Skyward account. You will find the fee under the fee section after you login to your parent/guardian portal here. The payment is due by the end of the day on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

There are no cellphones, cameras or electronic devices allowed at the dance. If your student brings them, they will be asked to keep them in the office until the dance is over.
