Thank you for your interest in setting up at Buncombe County Recreation Services Fall-o-ween Fall Festival! We hope this event will provide a space to enjoy and celebrate autumn in our mountains. It is important to us that we give local music, arts vendors, business, and non-profit groups the spotlight and opportunity to showcase themselves and build relations with the community. Our hope that this event proves to be accessible, equitable and enjoyable for all.
The park will be set up with Halloween themed lights and fall decorations, including a scarecrow contest! With support from the surrounding community we will have designated areas set aside for art and craft vendors, music, food and beverage, as well as offering some games and activities!
There is no vendor set up fee or percentage requirement. This is not a ticketed event, admission is free to the public with the event starting at 3pm and lasting until 8pm.
Vendors and groups wishing to set up must be completely set up by 2:45pm the day of. Vendors must stay until at least 7pm. We ask all vendors, businesses and nonprofits bring at least one bag of candy to hand out for kids, and fall decorations you may have to liven up your area. Space is limited so register today!
