Please note: At this time, I am currently only booking flash appointments. These designs can be found on the @blackwillowtattooz insta page. If you don't do social media, I can email you some available pieces.

Deposits: $50 venmo deposits are required to secure your appointment. This fee will go towards the total cost of your tattoo, and is non-refundable.
*Cancellation/No-Show Policy: Once an appointment is booked, I will send out a confirmation email the day before your appointment. Please reply to this email at least 5 hours before your scheduled time. (I do not set up shop unless an appointment is confirmed)
*If a late cancellation occurs, another $50 deposit will be required to reschedule.
*If there is a full on no-show, I will not reschedule unless there was a family emergency/etc.
Ink/Supplies: All the products/materials I use in the studio are with your health in mind. There are no petroleum based products, nor harsh chemicals/pigments.π
*Please note if you have any sensitivities/allergies too.
