Congratulations for having an awesome idea you want to put into action! Please fill out this form to give us information so the Youth Council make a decision about funding ThinkBIG inspired ideas.

Applications are open to individuals and groups, aged 14-24 and you can apply for funding up to $1800.

First up we do have some grant criteria...to make sure you can apply, your project needs to tick all boxes. *

Your project must be organised and run by young people aged between 14-24 years of age. Adults can help out.

Your project must be about creating a positive impact or making a change in your school, community, New Zealand or the world.

Preference will be given to people who live or attend an education provider within the Kapiti district

You need an organisation/college which can receive funds on your behalf if you get the grant.

You can't make money from the project that you keep.

You must be available to talk about your project idea with the Youth Council on the evening of Thursday 23rd or Friday 24th May 2019.

Your project can not must not be religious in its purpose or content.

Projects must be completed by Friday November 1st 2019.
