Bible Boot Camp costs $50 per student (which breaks down to only $10 per day for this all-day experience and includes lunch). Payment is due upon check-in on Monday, July 8th. Cash, check, and credit/debit card are accepted methods of payment. *
I understand that by completing this registration form, I release and hold harmless Christ Lutheran Church, its trustees, officers, employees, and any volunteers (including drivers) from any liability, past or future, fully and completely. I authorize staff or designated medical professionals and/or volunteers to administer emergency medical assistance if I cannot be reached. *
