Students interested to join the conference as freelancer can do so, if they arrange their own accomodation and food. ISHA Ghent can assist you with this and give you a recommendation for suitable accomodation.
As a freelancer, you will be able to join parts of the academic program (the opening lecture, debate, final conclusions, How to ISHA?, training session and some workshop sessions) and the social program.
Participation in the cultural program is possible when open spots are avaible and/or for a certain fee.
