Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor or exhibitor/vendor of the 2023 Hopkins County Back to School Fair that will be held on Thursday, July 27th from 3pm-6pm, please fill out the form below.    

Just as in previous years, we are working on a FUN and interactive event for the entire community. We plan to have everyone inside with only a few interactive events outside. The Presenting and Cap and Gown sponsors will receive preferred booth placement as well. Tables and two chairs will be provided but you will need to bring your own tablecloth. We will also be providing food and drinks to all of our exhibitors. We are so excited for this annual event and very thankful for your support!

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR EXHIBITORS/BOOTHS
Thursday, July 27th from 3pm-6pm at the Hopkins County Civic Center.

OBJECTIVES OF THE FAIR
1) Provide free backpacks/school supplies for youth in Hopkins County.
2) Provide other free essential benefits to prepare families for the start of school in Hopkins County.
3) Educate the public about support and services available for youth and families in Hopkins County.
4) Provide a variety of free interactive hands-on activities and games for youth and families.
5) Have Fun!

ELIGIBILITY - All participating agencies, organizations, and clubs should provide a booth that is consistent with the objectives listed above. Vendors are encouraged to provide some type of hands-on, interactive activity as part of their booth display.

SELLING - Selling of products should be approved in advance: you may provide educational information about your products and services and the costs associated with them, as well as how people can access programs and activities offered by your agency. Vendors are encouraged to provide brochures and written materials in English and Spanish.

GIVEAWAYS - We would like booths to focus on the educational/community aspect of their service and provide an interactive hands-on booth. If you wish, you may give out prizes as part of an activity or game. If you want to do a giveaway at your booth, we support that, but please let us know in advance.

If you have any special needs regarding your booth space, please request the desired arrangements on the registration form. Multiple spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.

BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES INFORMATION - Sign-ups for backpacks and school supplies are going on now online at www.canhelponline.org through Friday, June 30th. All families in need should apply before the fair to ensure we have an adequate amount of supplies.
