We The People, petition for the immediate removal of the Nashua Mask Mandate. This demand shall be effective On or Before May 25, 2021

International law, Geneva conventions and Nuremberg Codes, to which the USA is signatory, prohibit coerced and forced medical treatments, in fact, any non-consensual medical treatments specifically including the forced use of a facial covering, and “vaccinations” [product]. This is a treatment and device requirement which may not be enforced.

Federal law 21 U.S.C. S 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) – requires that the person to whom the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) product is considered administration, be advised of the option to accept or refuse administration of the experimental product (vaccine), and of the consequences, if any, along with any alternatives to the product that are available, along with all of their benefits and risks.

This is especially true of the experimental vaccines/products that have not had full testing processes and have thereby not been approved safe. “Covid-19” vaccines are not vaccines, they are considered gene therapy experimental, and have not had standard FDA process of approval, and have not shown to be perfectly safe. Various other Constitutional and Statutory authorities also support public protection against non-consensual vaccination such as, statutes covering assault, public endangerment, unauthorized and unlicensed administration, and the practice of medicine and fundamental freedoms, and rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights, along with our sovereign individual freedom of choice.

In this instance, you have failed in the requirement to show that:
(a) You are a licensed physician.
(b) I have consented for myself or my child to your recommended treatments.
(c) Your treatments are fully tested and proven safe.
