2022 NCMEA Jazz Region East - MPA Registration

Jazz MPA will take place on May 13th, 2022 at J.H. Rose H.S. The registration fee is $150 per ensemble; checks should be made payable to NCJR-East. Please mail School/Booster check to J.H. Rose High School, 600 West Arlington Blvd. Greenville, NC 27834 c/o Matt Howard. If registering more than one ensemble, please complete this form as many times as necessary.
