When you schedule a meeting with your legislator or another government official during Habitat NC's Week of Action between March 9th and March 13th, 2020, please fill out this form for each individual appointment. Your responses will help us keep track of meetings, districts, and counties where advocacy is taking place, and which officials we're engaging with. Information from this form will be used to report back to HFHI on our advocacy work as a state.
