NEP Member Club Application For The 2022-23 Competitive Season
The NEP welcomes Member Club Applications for the competitive 2022-23 soccer season!  Please note that a director from the applying club must answer the below questions as thoroughly as possible for review.

Please provide details on your current teams.  Please list the number of boys & girls teams per age group (U9 to U18-19) that you project for the competitive 2022-23 season.  If possible, please also provide your NEP estimated level of play for each team (Premiership, Championship, League 1, League 2). *
Please provide information on your Director of Coaching and/or Technical Director.  Please make sure to include their name, coaching licensure/diplomas, email address and any other qualifications or relevant details. *
Do you have a registrar or administrator? *
Please provide a list of your current coaching staff and their current coaching licensure / badges / diplomas *
Please list your club's home facilities for match fixtures.  Please be sure to list the names of each venue and the size & number of each field (7v7, 9v9, 11v11).   *
The NEP is a collaborative league that requires our clubs to work together both on and off the pitch to support the growth of the game here in New England and to support the development of our players, coaches and parents.  Please note how your club would positively contribute to supporting this mission and collaborative efforts. *
