REGISTRATION FEES   
Registration fees of $300 are to be sent via etransfer at cmhaetransfer@gmail.com (Password must be Vikings2023). Confirmation will only be given to teams that have completed payment. Should you prefer to pay by cheque, please email vp.house@casselmanminorhockey.ca 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
FORMAT: 2 games per team (35 minutes each - 2 periods of 15 minutes) - Accepting 16 teams

All teams will receive beverages, snacks and medals.

The applicant agrees that the Casselman Minor Hockey Association and/or its proprietors will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused, and agrees to release the proprietors from all claims for damages which may arise as a result of or by reason of such accident or loss.
