Camp Firelight Vacation Bible School is scheduled for Sunday, July 14th - Thursday July 18th, 6 - 8pm at Medford UMC.

This registration is for all adult volunteers who are ready to join us at Camp Firelight where we are invited to put our trust in God in every situation.

Psalm 56:3 - "Whenever I'm afraid I put my trust in you."

CALLING ALL Adults.....WE NEED YOUR HELP!! We are opening Registration for VBS in the hope that we will also continue to gather a team of adults who enjoy the opportunity to share the news of God's love with children. Volunteer Role you would prefer during VBS: *

Adult Station Leader: Your role would be to follow the lesson plan created by Cokesbury and share the activities each evening for your station. Stations include: Bible Stories, Science, Crafts, Recreation

Adult Group Guide: You would oversee a group of children and their Youth small group leaders from station to station each day.

Decorating Team: Prior to VBS week, we will need to decorate the building to create an exciting environment for the children attending.

Technology: We need one or two more volunteers to assist with the sound system in the FLC during our opening and closing sessions each night.

Snack Team: This role is still being developed but will involve organizing and serving food during each night of the VBS week.

I am happy to fill any Volunteer Role during the week of VBS

Permissions & Waivers

General Medical Release: By signing this medical release and permission form, I give permission to the church staff and adult volunteers to seek whatever emergency medical attention is deemed necessary, and release the Medford United Methodist Church and its staff from any liability against personal losses of named child.

Photo/Video Release: Photographs and video recordings may be taken at Medford United Methodist Church and may then be used in print or online publications (including but not limited to in-house bulletin boards, slide shows, church website, press release, Facebook, etc) to promote Medford and Marlton UMC and share with others the joy and excitement of our VBS program. Youth will not be identified by name in any of these photographic or video publications.
