Marydale Festival is a community event highlighting local artists and bringing Saint Paul’s North End Community together. The emphasis on local artists remains, though any artist wishing to participate is welcome. There will be children’s activities during the event. Art items for sale should target the $50 and below price range although a few more expensive items may be fine.
This is an outdoor event rain or shine. Tables, chairs or tents will not be provided. Electrical connections may not be available and the use of generators is prohibited.
Artists, Participants and vendors must be set up and ready for business no later than 11:59 AM and must remain with their booths until the end of the Festival at 5:00 PM. Exhibitors will be directed to their space upon check-in on the day of the event. *Variations from above to be pre-arranged.  
FOR PROFIT BUSINESSES - THE EVENT IS NOW CLOSED TO FOR PROFIT BUSINESSES. Please contact ed@nenonstpaul.org for information about sponsorships.
THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL EVENT OR RALLY. Political candidates are encouraged to attend the event but are asked not to table at the event.
Artists: Original hand crafted or locally made items. Display or sale of manufactured, imported, commercial or kit items is prohibited. Please submit up to 3 images of the work you will have in your booth or a standard logo. Images preferred in .jpg format via e-mail to: ed@nenostpaul.org. The images may be used on promotional materials for the Festival.

 I forfeit my right to take legal action against District 6 Planning Council, its employees, volunteers, the City of Saint Paul and its departments or employees, and the Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department. I shall indemnify, save and hold harmless, protect and defend District 6 Planning Council, the City of Saint Paul, its officers, agents and employees from all claims, actions or suits of any character brought for or on account of any claimed or alleged injuries or damages received by any person or property, including the City, resulting from any act or omission by any volunteer *

By signing and submitting this application, you indicate your willingness to abide by all of the Application and Exhibit policies as well as such additional rules and regulations as deemed necessary for the success of this event, provided these latter do not materially alter the exhibitors contractual rights.  This contract will become binding once you submit your application.  Any disputes shall be brought before the county courts of Ramsey, Minnesota, USA. *
