President - Serves as the chief executive officer for the league, responsible for its overall management and direction. Their primary roles include providing leadership to the board of directors and volunteers, aligning policies with Little League International's rules, overseeing finances, serving as the main contact for Little League International, promoting the league in the community, ensuring a safe environment, facilitating conflict resolution, representing the league at various tournaments, and attending games and practices.

Vice President - Plays a crucial role in the organization, primarily assisting the President in their duties and stepping in if the President is unavailable. Responsibilities also include supporting the board of directors, overseeing the team selection process for fairness and communication, and generally working closely with the President and the board to ensure the Little League organization runs efficiently and in the best interest of the children and families.

Player/Coaching Coordinator - Manages various aspects related to players, coaches, and teams. Responsibilities include conducting player evaluations to determine skill levels, managing the team selection process for balanced competition, ensuring compliance with Little League rules, promoting player development through clinics and camps, and developing and maintaining a comprehensive coaching program. The player agent is also responsible for coordinating league activities and events, selecting and evaluating coaches, acting as a liaison between coaches, parents, and the board, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and actively recruiting and retaining coaches for the Easley Little League community.

Secretary/Treasurer - Plays a dual role. As Secretary, they handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, communication, scheduling, and Board support. As Treasurer, they manage the league's finances, overseeing transactions, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and potentially fundraising. Together, these responsibilities contribute to the organization's smooth operation and financial stability.

Marketing & Events Coordinator - Leads the league's promotional efforts and event planning. Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive marketing plan, working with local media, managing the league's online presence, ensuring brand consistency, and organizing special events like opening day ceremonies and fundraisers. The director also coordinates with sponsors and partners, oversees fundraising efforts, promotes team spirit and sportsmanship, and works closely with the league's Board of Directors, other volunteers, and local Little League organizations. The role is integral to enhancing the league's visibility and engagement within the community.

Safety & Compliance Director - Responsible for ensuring the safety of players, coaches, and volunteers within the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting safety inspections of fields, equipment, and facilities; overseeing volunteer background checks and safety training; implementing emergency action plans; ensuring compliance with safety rules; reporting accidents; communicating with parents about safety issues; maintaining equipment and safety gear; and participating in ongoing safety training. The role is vital to the well-being of all involved in Easley Little League activities.

Umpire In Chief - Oversees all umpires, with responsibilities that include recruiting and training umpires, scheduling them for games, conducting pre-game meetings, observing and evaluating their performance, addressing disputes, and enforcing ELL rules. The UIC also serves as a liaison between the umpires and the ELL board, working to ensure fair play, maintain the integrity of the game, and provide a positive experience for everyone involved. The UIC's role is critical to the smooth operation of the league and the fairness of the games.
