YFMC 2023 Pre-Registration Form
Use this form to pre-register your child (between the age of 5-17) for Youth & Family Meditation Camp (YFMC) before 3/15, last day for pre-registration.  You will need to complete a couple of more formalities such as providing health information and complete liability waiver, just before the camp to complete the registration process.  We will send you these forms by email after your pre-registration.  Thank you and looking forward to having your child at the YFMC 2023.  If you have any questions regarding the registration, please call 913-706-2692 or send email to soskcinfo@gmail.com.  Please note that at least one of the parents must attend the mandatory introduction session 9:30-10:00 AM.
