Whew! 2022 has been another very unique year. We have officially started the MACK Rehabilitation Project and will coordinate with our youth program partners to offer Pop Up Youth Programs this summer. Please use this form to submit for each program you wish to attend. Please complete one for each student.

As programs are added in, you may return to this form to update your responses. Thank you for remaining flexible as we serve our students - and juggle new opportunities, relationships and locations this summer. We encourage all MACK Kids and new families to enjoy programs throughout our community this summer. We will partner directly with Clemson 4H, the McCormick County Library, the McCormick County School District, John de la Howe, and Hickory Knob will also offer summer programming. Enjoy!
