All complaints will be reviewed and responded to as provided in the IEA’s Ethical Conduct Review Process (“ECRP”). I also understand that if the Respondent is credentialed in a profession or by another organization or if the conduct violates the law or gives rise to other legal rights or remedies, I must pursue such remedies, actions and sanctions separately.
