Fill out this form if you would like to apply for a retreat scholarship.  We want all of our students to attend the retreat, regardless of your ability to pay.  We are offering a sliding scale scholarship option, which means it is a "pay what you can" scholarship, with a recommended sliding scale of $50-$80.  If this scale is cost prohibitive, no worries!  Just identify on the form what you think you might be able to contribute, even if that is $0.  Don't be shy about applying for scholarship.  When you apply for scholarship, it does not mean it takes away from someone else who might want to apply, it simply means Seven Star will receive less income to offset our retreat costs.  This is part of our mission. This is why we fundraise and receive donations. To support your training goals!  Apply for scholarship if it will help you  to attend.  

Notes: All retreat scholarship students may be asked to help out at the retreat (moving tables & chairs, fetching ice, helping at check in, etc).
