First wave of registration has closed! However, we are opening up for a second round of registrations! The only catch is you will not receive your uniform right away. We aim to have the uniforms for those who have registered after Nov 13th in week 3 of the program. Registration will OFFICIALLY CLOSE ON NOV 30TH.
This is the registration form for Cumberland Panthers Football Girls Off-Season Training Program. This program is for girls and women from the age groups of U10 - U20. All skill levels and football experiences are welcome. This program is for all players, regardless of tackle or non-contact status. This program will focus more on athleticism, however we will still have time to focus on football specific skills.
During the sessions we will focus on things like speed, endurance, strength, special skills, and proper warm up to prevent injury. The goal of this program is to bridge the gap between the fall football season and the spring football season, to keep our players moving and focused.
There will be out of session challenges and/or workouts to complete. This aspect of the program will be independent. Each individual will have to hold themselves accountable for out of session homework. Reminders will be sent out about any challenges and/or workouts that need to be done before the next session. We will be using TeamLinkt to facilitate this aspect of the program. TeamLinkt will also be used for communication, scheduling, and attendance.
Additionally, outside of the session, we would like for each individual to focus on proper hydration, nutrition, rest, and injury prevention/care. We understand every individual has specific needs, therefore we want to emphasize the importance of finding what works for you.
