Kinetic Fire 2024 Instructor Application
Please submit ONE application per person. Your application will be reviewed after applications have closed on January 18th, 2024. You will be notified of acceptance or denial by email, by January 31, 2024.
 
Our venue is Hannon's Camp America, located in College Corner, Ohio. This year, we are trying a new approach to equalize compensation across hired personnel, including instructors, musicians, organizers, and managers. We will be working with base compensation and can negotiate as needed, but we feel being upfront with our proccess gives you the best opportunity to apply to what fits you. We appreciate the work and love that so many put into making Kinetic happen and thank you for applying! 

Base compensation includes:
  • $25 per class accepted (1 hour class slots)
  • Free entry to Kinetic Fire 2024 (avg $200+ value)
  • Kinetic Fire custom schwag
  • Free daily Meals, snacks, and water throughout the event
  • Twin size bunk bed in shared cabin with other personnel optional
  • Indoor bathrooms with showers
  • Temperature regulated cabins
  • Golf cart mobility assistance
  • Electricity access across the venue
  • If you are org, manager, or musician, pay will stack in addition to accepted classes
  • Plus one tickets available in negotiated circumstances
  • Travel stipends available in negotiated circumstances

Many instructors have unique products that they are involved in producing that they’d like to vend at Kinetic Fire. If you would like to vend, please make sure to fill out the application for backpack vendors. This does not include products that you are a promotional representative for, or have not personally been involved in producing. We have a limited number of backpack vending slots available. If you’d like to sell items that fall into that category, please submit an application to be a vendor or backpack vendor.
