Private Swim Registration Form 2023
Private lessons are one student per instructor. Lessons are for ages three to adult. (4) 30-minute lessons are priced at $125 for members of The Club at Sunset and $150 for non-members. Payment is due once scheduling is complete, but prior to the start of the first lesson. We accept payment via Venmo (@carol-redfield) and by check. Checks should be made out to "Point Me to the Water, LLC", and dropped off to the Pro Shop (5032 Linksland Dr.).

If you have multiple participants to sign up, or are participating in semi-private lessons, you must complete a separate Google Form for each participant.

Waiver:
I, for myself or as a parent or guardian, hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities and transport to and from the activities. I release and absolve and indemnify Sunset Club LLC, employees of the Club, Point Me to the Water LLC and employees, volunteers, and/or sponsors form all risks and hazards associated with the activity and in the event of injury, do expressly waive all claims against them.
Cancellation Policy:

Every effort is made to coordinate the best schedule directly between the instructor and the student/parent or guardian. We have limited optimal pool time and instructor availability so it is almost impossible to fill a short-notice canceled lesson space. Canceling a lesson with less than 48 hours notice is non-refundable for this reason.

Weather cancellations can only be determined by the instructor or the pool staff when the pool is open. Rain does not cancel a lesson; however, a lesson may be cancelled for thunder and/or lightning. 

  • If a lesson is cancelled due to pool closure it will be rescheduled based on pool and instructor availability.
  • A lesson is considered complete when a student completes 15 minutes of a 30-minute lesson.
  • Participant absences do not constitute a make-up session requirement. 
Instructor Absence:

  • If a substitute instructor is available for the lesson PMTTW will make the instructor change and notify the customer.
  • If a substitute instructor is not available for the lesson the lesson fee can be refunded or the lesson will be rescheduled.

Participant Absence:
  • If the participant has a fever or is vomiting, please cancel the lesson. If it is less than 24 hours before the lesson, you may still be charged for the lesson. 
  • If a private or semi-private lesson is canceled 48+ hours in advance, it will be rescheduled one time within a (4) lesson session.
