Welcome to the PACC a Paynesville Area Community Education Program! We are so very excited to welcome you to our Community!

Please see below for our Online PACC Party Reservation Form.  

PACC Party Booking Procedure
 No one under the age of 18 is allowed to rent PACC facilities.
 Complete online PACC Party Reservation Form at least 2 weeks in advance and complete payment.
 Once a request is made, a PACC staff member will contact you to finalize party details and process payment.
 Once a PACC staff member approves the party, a confirmation email will be sent out. Do not consider the party confirmed until you have spoken with a PACC staff member and receive the confirmation.

If you have specific questions regarding the reservation form please email Mellody Weber at mweber@isd741.org or Matt Dickhausen at mdickhausen@isd741.org  - PACC Party Reservation Forms are processed Monday - Thursday - 8 am - 4:00 PM in the order they are received.

Staffing can be challenging at times to arrange so if you are requesting a PACC Party that needs dedicated staff you should make your request as far out as possible (Minimum of 2 weeks in advance) .

PACC Parties are available most Sunday's (November 6, 2022 - May 21, 2023), between 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm.   All parties are dependent on facility and staffing availabilities.  PACC Parties are not available on the following dates due to other scheduled activities.

Preferred PACC Party Time Requested- These times only reflect the actual activity time (Example. Open Gym, Bounce House, Black Light Activity) you still get a half hour before and a half hour after the chosen party time below for use of the Reserved Party Area for cake/treats/presents etc.  (Final PACC party times will be determined by facility and staff availability) *

Cancellation Policy Prior to 7 days of the party: 50% Refund 7 days or less: No Refund Change Fee: If you decide to change the date or type of your party, there will be a $25.00 fee.IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY OR SEVERE WEATHER, THE Paynesville Area Community Center (PACC) RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL RENTALS. RENTAL FEES WILL BE RETURNED ACCORDINGLY.

Booking Policy No rooms/facilities will be held or booked until a payment is made in full and a signed PACC party agreement is on file. PACC Party rentals will be booked in the order that they are received and paid. You will be charged for your booking regardless of your usage.
