Philanthropic Engagement Team Lead - As the Philanthropic Engagement Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to engage with philanthropists and potential donors, build relationships, and attract funds to support the art and projects at RoBurn. You will work closely with other teams to understand their needs and create compelling proposals to showcase the impact of their support. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records of donations and developing strategies to increase donations for future events. Your role is critical in ensuring that RoBurn continues to thrive and offer a unique, creative, and transformative experience for all participants.

Fire Safety Team Lead - As the Fire Safety Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants by implementing and enforcing fire safety protocols. This includes overseeing fire shows, providing safety instructions, and preventing fires from being made on the ground. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the man burn, ensuring that it is conducted safely and within regulations. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be critical in ensuring that everyone can safely enjoy the fire-related elements of the event.

First Aid Team Lead - we prioritize the health and safety of our participants, and the First Aid team is a critical part of our efforts to provide a safe and enjoyable experience. Our First Aid team lead is responsible for ensuring that all necessary first aid measures are in place and available to participants in the event of an emergency. They are trained to provide prompt and effective first aid and to call for medical assistance if necessary. We take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our participants, and our First Aid team lead is dedicated to ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to provide a safe and secure environment. Electricity & Generator Fuel Lead - Responsibilities: Oversee the installation of lights and electrical connections throughout the event; Ensure that all electrical systems are properly installed and functioning safely; Manage the refueling and maintenance of all generators on-site; Ensure that all electrical and generator fuel supplies are properly secured and stored; Provide support and guidance to team members working with electricity and generators; Collaborate with other department leads to coordinate power needs and usage across the event. We value safety, efficiency, and sustainability in all aspects of our event production, and the Electricity & Generator Fuel Lead is crucial to upholding these principles. Leave No Trace Team Lead - Responsible for ensuring the RoBurn site is left clean and free of any debris or waste, both during and after the event. Duties include organizing camp and free camper checks, overseeing MOOP (Matter Out Of Place) mapping, and educating participants on Leave No Trace principles. Additionally, the team lead will coordinate with waste management and cleaning crews to ensure all trash and recycling is properly disposed of and the site is restored to its original state.

Greeters Team Lead - Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants by greeting them as they arrive at the event. Providing helpful information, answering questions, and offering guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Building crew - Builders work tirelessly in the week leading up to the event, constructing the main structures that form the backbone of RoBurn. In addition to the build phase, Builders also play a crucial role in the tear-down and packing, working to dismantle the structures and return the site to its original state.

Rangers crew - The Ranger ensures a safe and harmonious event space by mediating conflicts and working four-hour shifts each day to provide support and assistance to attendees. Rangers promote inclusivity, communication, and de-escalation to create a positive environment and uphold the values of the RoBurn event.

Greeters crew - Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants by greeting them as they arrive at the event. Providing helpful information, answering questions, and offering guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
