Right Start Kids Academy Enrollment Form 2024 - 2025 School Year

Welcome to Right Start Kids Academy in Park City! We are a state licensed academic preschool for children ages 2-5 years old. All our staff members must pass a background check, fingerprints, complete training before they are in the classroom and attend monthly program trainings. Our preschool curriculum includes activities that assist in developing age-appropriate skills in a fun and interactive way. Your child will also receive one structured gymnastics class each week with a curriculum that works on their fine and gross motor skills. This gymnastics class takes place during their school day once a week and is included in the monthly tuition. 

Please fill out the form below to hold your child's spot for the 2024-25 school year. Once we receive this form back, we will charge the $350.00 non-refundable registration fee to save your spot. (If you are enrolling more than one child, you will receive a $100 discount on the second child's registration fee). This fee goes towards supplies, special guests, and events during the school year.

We will reach out to you in June with more specifics for the year as well as the licensing paperwork we need filled out. Terrific Two's / Three's (Ages 2 - 3): Please enroll in the appropriate class following the September 1st cut off.
Choose the class option that you would like your child to be enrolled in. In the notes at the bottom of this page, you may list the days you prefer for the 2 day option if that is what you choose. We will let you know in June which days your child will be assigned to.
*If your child will not be 2 by September 1st, email rightstartpc@blackdiamondgym.com and we will put you on a waitlist for a possible January 1st start date pending availability. 
Preschool (Ages 3-5): Please enroll in the appropriate class following the September 1st cut off. All children in the 3-5 year old class MUST be potty trained. 
Please choose the class you would like your child to be enrolled in. We will enroll in order of when the forms are received and the deposit is paid. 
We have had several requests to bring back our full day! We will be offering this class if we can have 4 or more students enrolled.

Discovery Day: Friday Add On- (Ages 3-5)
Right Start students enrolled in our preschool program will receive the discounted member pricing to add on the Friday option. Students will receive another gymnastics class this day and it will be a themed based day instead of the weekly curriculum. We will also have a couple of Friday field trips planned throughout the school year. 
Friday's class will be from 8:45 am-12:00 pm.
