SHHS will host our annual required meeting for students and parents who wish to register for Driver's Ed on Thursday, March 2 at 6 p.m. sharp in the high school auditorium. Students MUST be present at the meeting in order to complete and sign the enrollment form required by the State of Kansas.

In order to accommodate our anticipated crowd, we are requiring families to fill out this quick pre-registration form BEFORE attending our upcoming meeting on Thursday, March 2. Please fill out a separate form for each applicant if you are signing up more than one student from the same family.  

A RevTrak link will be sent to the registrants email address for pre-payment once this form has been submitted. Please make your payment BEFORE attending the meeting and we will be able to release you from the meeting sooner. Otherwise, you will need to make your RevTrak payment AT the meeting before you can leave.  

An enrollment fee of $274 per in-district student, or $404 per out-of-district student is payable to USD 230 and is due by the day of registration.

Students enrolling must be 14 years old April 1, no exceptions will be made.  
A valid instruction permit is preferred, but not required. Please bring to the meeting if you have one.

We also recommend you bring a pen and something hard to write on.
