The Volunteer Programme Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of their activities, including monitoring against objectives whilst ensuring the Red Cross' fundamental principles, policies and procedures are adhered to.

The Programme Managers/Coordinators are responsible and reports to the Programmes Manager. S/he shall be required at all times to display respect, integrity, team spirit, and promote the humanitarian interest of the ARC.

Volunteer leads responsible for carrying out specific activities assigned to them, assigning specific tasks to volunteers during the executing of duties.
