YES, I am interested in participating in the Westmont Adopt-A-Planter Program. I understand that if accepted, I will be responsible for the following four items: 1) DESIGN the planter (choose plants and flowers, to be reviewed and approved by the Village of Westmont), 2) PURCHASE the approved flowers and plants for the planter, 3) PLANT the flowers and plants in the planter, and 4) PROVIDE MAINTENANCE (weeding, etc.) for the planter through the end of the program on Oct. 20, 2023. (NOTE - Westmont Public Works will be responsible for watering the planters.) *
