Vendor Setup - 8:30am - 9:45am
Marketplace - 10:00am - 3:00pm
Vendor Takedown - 3:00pm -4:00pm

** Access to electricity is first come first serve. Please note than an additional $5 will be added to your vendor fee **
** Table fee is  $60. 8" Tables and 2 chairs will be provided. Please bring your own table cloths **
** If you'd like to donate any promo items/coupons/samples for swag bags,  please indicate on the application **
** Advertising will be done via Sponsored Facebook ads, social media and Kijiji. The day of the sale, large posters and signage will be posted around the venue to indicate there is a sale, and how to get there **
** We will be doing vendor spotlights on our event/facebook page to highlight each vendor and the items they offer **
** Spaces are limited for each category. We would like to have a variety of vendors, and make sure everyone has a fair chance at selling their items **
** Random giveaways for "Show Bucks" will be done via Social Media. We will ask our likers to share our event, for a chance to win random amounts of gift certificates to spend at the show **
** We ask that you help promote the event by agreeing to share on your own personal Facebook walls, instagram, business pages etc. The more exposure, the more shoppers we can engage with! **
** We ask that you do not take down your table until 3:00pm **
** Admission by donation - we will be asking for a donation for admission to the sale. Monetary, items for the pantry, or items for the comfort cart (toiletries) for Hospice Wellington **
** Our location is accessible, with automatic doors and no stairs. Parking is Free. **
** The Legion will have their snack bar open to purchase snacks, food and drinks **


Because our first event was such a success, we have planned our 2nd Holiday vendor sale, and we hope to make it an even bigger success!
As crafters ourselves, we know how much love, time, effort and passion that goes into your craft. We understand the hard work that consultants put in to make themselves outshine the rest. We understand that sometimes craft shows can be over-saturated with the same types of vendors. This is where we come in. Doing vendor shows ourselves, we believe it's so important to have variety in a vendor show. Not only does it give the shoppers a variety, but it also gives the vendors their time to shine and really reach out to their customers to create relationships and trust. We want everyone to be successful, and to be able to have a good time doing it. Thanks for putting your trust into us! We promise to try our best!
