WynterCon is an annual comic-con style fundraising event supporting our parent charity,
Sky Creative Sussex, and has drawn thousands of attendees over the years. It features an eclectic mix of entertainers, actors, authors, and even dinosaurs!
With a diverse range of exhibitors and workshops spanning various arts, crafts, and sciences, there's something for all ages. Attendees enjoy photo ops with TV and film props, a daily Cosplay competition, and more. WynterCon is a vibrant celebration of creativity and community, leaving a lasting impression on all who attend.

21st and 22nd September 2024, at
East Sussex College, Hastings Station Plaza, Station Approach, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 1BA (see
www.escg.ac.uk/explore/hastings/station-plaza/) where the event will occupy space over three floors, including the Ground Floor Atrium.
Exhibitors Stand Build: This will take place on the
evening of Friday, 20th September 2024, starting at 17:00 and completing at 23:30. Vehicle access to the venue for unloading exhibits and stand materials will be via scheduled unloading slots at both the rear of the venue accessed via the Devonshire Road entrance and temporary access to the venue's underground car park (with lifts and stairway access to ground level).
Exhibitor Parking: We have secured limited on-site parking for exhibitor's cars and small vans in the underground car park at the venue with a height restriction of 2.1m (6'10"). We have also secured limited on-site parking for larger vehicles such as long-wheelbase transits. You can request on-site parking for the duration of the event later in this form.
Exhibitor Accommodation: We have secured a corporate rate for studio accommodation at the
Vive Hotel, only a 4-minute walk from the event. Our rates are 20-25% lower than those typically available from this hotel. You can request an accommodation booking for the duration of the event later in this form.
We
aim to review all applications within 14 days and advise you via email if your application is successful. If successful, our Contracts Team will be in touch by email to ask you to electronically sign the Terms and Conditions for Exhibiting at WynterCon XI (
you can view them here tinyurl.com/mrxxeutf). Once these are signed, your Stand Space will be reserved and you will receive an event invoice.
The event invoice must be paid strictly within 14 days to secure the reserved Stand Space.
