DECLINES:

What if you're not accepted? It's nothing personal. Sometimes it's just a matter of product overlap, history with the festival, etc. We aspire to send official "sorry we're unable to accept you this year" emails but it's not always possible. If you're getting anxious, contact us.

REFERENCE: VENDOR POLICIES

• HOURS OF OPERATION: All vendors are required to abide by official load-in and load-out times and are required to be fully operational for the entirety of the show. Failure to do so will result in your inability to participate in future ILLfest events.

• CONTRACT / AGREEMENT: All crafters/vendors will be required to sign a contractual agreement. Instructions for payment included in "Exhibit A" of Agreement/Contract. If you see any issue in being able to pay this deposit/amount on time, contact Becky today to discuss at time of acceptance. We're all "festival" family and we will do our best to work with you.

 • PROOF OF INSURANCE: All vendors will be required to have a $1,000,000/$2,000,000 General Liability Insurance Policy and must provide proof of insurance in the form of a COI with Illevated Sounds, LLC listed as an additional insured. Instructions to be included in your agreement.

• SALES TAX: You are responsible for paying any applicable federal, local, or state taxes on sales collected at ILLfest.

• SUSTAINABILITY: ILLfest is in the process of defining its event sustainability policies, which may impact the type of utensils or plating that you present with your food or the way in which you separate your waste. We will update you with any relevant information as soon as it is defined.

• POWER: Vendors will need to verify and advance their electrical needs if a generator or anything more than a non-standard outlet/power is required. ILLfest can provide the generator and you will be responsible for covering the costs (we will let you know the costs prior).
