Membership Application
The Lake Orlando Homeowners Association is a registered voluntary HOA, committed to promoting a sense of community spirit, working together for the common benefit of all neighbors, and assisting with problems that affect the general betterment of the neighborhood.

Please fill in the membership application/renewal form below and mail it to the association. Include your e-mail address if you wish to be notified electronically of meeting announcements. All information provided is kept confidential and use is strictly limited only to association activities. No commercial use of membership information is ever permitted. 

Non-residents of Rosemont may apply as "Friends of the Association" and may apply for Lake Access. Non-residents members will not have voting rights. 

  • Lake Orlando Homeowners Association Dues are voluntary and are due January 1st.

  • Yearly dues are for the calendar year January 1st - December 31st.
