Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at Reuse Minnesota's 6th annual conference! The conference will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Hennepin Technical College in Brooklyn Park, MN. Exhibitor setup begins at 7:30am, and takedown can occur at 3:45pm. Please fill out this form to express your interest in participating as an exhibitor. 

Exhibitors receive a 6' table and space to promote their reuse aligned product or service. There will be built in time for conference attendees to network with exhibitors throughout the day. You are welcome to do prize drawings at your table. Exhibitors will be acknowledged before, during, and after our conference through our social media channels and newsletter. Exhibitors who wish to have more than one person attend the conference will register additional attendees separately. 

The conference committee will review applications on a rolling basis. Priority will be given to Reuse Minnesota members if there is more interest than space allows. If selected as an exhibitor, you will be instructed on how to register and pay via our conference website using a unique registration code.
