This chair will work with PTSA volunteers to plan, advertise and execute the Baldwin dances. If you would prefer to chair just one of the dance committees this role could easily be split into a different co-chair for each dance.
Faculty Follies Committee:  Faculty Follies is a teacher talent show and fundraiser traditionally held in October. This chair will work with the Baldwin Administration, Faculty PTSA representative and PTSA volunteers to plan, advertise and execute Faculty Follies. *Note, PTSA is considering moving this event to Spring 2022.
Hospitality Committee:  Plans and coordinates quarterly teacher thank you lunches / snacks and a teacher back to school breakfast.
Reflections Contest Committee:  Each year National PTSA holds an Arts competition called Reflections. Categories include Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography and Visual Arts. The Reflections Chair manages the competition for Baldwin Arts & Academics Magnet to include; advertising and soliciting submissions, recruiting volunteer judges, recognizing Baldwin winners and coordinating with county and state PTSA to forward on winner’s submissions.
Fundraising Committee:  One co-chair will coordinate monthly fundraising “Spirit Nights” with local business. The other co-chair will work with other Baldwin PTSA Chairs and the Baldwin PTSA executive board to develop a sponsorship program and solicit event sponsors from local businesses.
Baldwin Run Committee:  The Baldwin Run is one of PTSA's major fundraising events.  This committee will work with an outside events organizer to plan, advertise and execute the Baldwin Run.  *Please note, while this event has been previously held in the Spring the PTSA is considering holding this event in Fall 2021.
