The eighth annual Cascadia Open Diplomacy tournament and 53rd DipCon will take place in at the Holiday Inn Express in Surrey, BC on February 3rd-4th 2024. Use this form to register.

Round 1 will start at 9am Saturday February 3rd
Round 2 will start at 5pm Saturday February 4th
Round 3 will start at 8:30am Sunday February 4th
Check-in 15 minutes before each round
Award ceremony will take place approx 4pm Sunday February 4th (awards for the winner and seven best countries, plus probably a few others)
All games will continue until somebody wins, all surviving players agree to a draw, or the F1909 Retreat phase is complete.
