2023 Pioneer Camp Reservation Form

Please type in the following information to request space for pioneer. Space is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation by email.

Please review the following guidelines and expectations before reserving space for your Pioneer group:

Groups must send at least one leader with every Pioneer group that stays on site for the week.
Minimum five youth campers to qualify as a Pioneer group.
Pioneer time is required twice over the course of the week.
All campers must be registered by May 1st. Any remaining spots will be released on May 2nd.

Pioneer Pricing:

Camper: $596 (applicable to Alpha, Omega, Alliance, and Night Owl)
Primary Leader: $25
Groups can (but are not required to) send additional leaders at the $25 rate for every 10 campers. (EXAMPLE: 25 campers with 2 leaders = 2 leaders at $25 each)
Additional Leaders beyond the 1:10 ratio: $300 each (EXAMPLE: 25 campers with 3 leaders = 2 leaders at $25 each and 1 leader at $300)
