Hunter Volleyball needs your help!

If you are a teacher or an experienced player in the JVL, A/B Grade, PVL or Senior Rep Program, then you DEFINITELY have the capability to teach others skills and gameplay, sharing your love of the game with our community.   

HV relies on our Members to re-invest in the Association by volunteering which will help it grow.  Can you help?

Coaches investing in our Association's activities and their own personal development, need to have the following minimum requirements:
  1. a valid Working With Children Clearance (Volunteer) (if you are over 18, it is not required by coaches who are 17 or younger).  Apply online here today
  2. a Level 1 Foundations of Volleyball course, by Volleyball Australia complete it anytime, it's all online.  Complete the online course here today
Completing the Level 1 Foundation will enable you to attend Level 2 in person full-day course which will be offered in 2025.  Scholarship holders receive financial support for attending this out-of-region course. See the Level 2 Course Dates here.

2025 Scholarship Program
HV will support 4 individuals by providing mentoring and financial subsidies to complete the Level 2 coaching course as part of ongoing development and Accreditation.

  • Junior Volleyball League teams (4 boys, 4 girls from May tbc)
  • Premier Volleyball League teams (4 men's, 4 women's from May tbc)
  • HV Junior Reps program (1 boys, 1 girls team from August)
  • HV Senior Reps program (1 men's, 1 women's team from August)
