Nominations are being accepted to recognize our district's best teachers and educational services professionals.  Each school will identify one teacher and one educational service professional from among the nominations they receive to represent their school.  

You will be assisting us in that process by nominating an individual in BOTH of these categories.  A separate nomination must be submitted for each category.  All teachers nominated must be licensed and currently teaching (pre-K through grade 12).  

Teachers who have received this recognition in the last five years are not eligible.  Please follow this link:

All educational services professionals nominated must be licensed and serve in one of the following positions: Athletic Trainer, Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant, Paraprofessional (Instructional), Reading Specialist, School Guidance Counselor, School Library Media Specialist, School Nurse, School Occupational Therapist, School Physical Therapist, School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Speech-Language Specialist.  

Each candidate will be scored based on the criteria below:
• Serves as an exceptionally skilled and dedicated educator in a public or charter school;
• Inspires students of all backgrounds and abilities to learn;
• Demonstrates leadership and innovation in and outside the classroom;
• Has the respect and admiration of students, parents, administrators and colleagues; and
• Plays an active role in the community as well as the school.

All nominations must be submitted online and received by Tuesday, November 26, 2019.
