Trauma Awareness (optional). We want to hold as safe of a space as possible for you. Do you have any history of sexual trauma or other trauma related to your body?  
If so, please let us know what you'd like us to be aware of related to your experience(s), including whether you are currently receiving professional support, or have received professional support in the past.

Participation and Self Responsibility.  The Embodied Feminine Power program gives women who participate the opportunity to explore, experience and discover their power in ways that are intended to be supportive, life-affirming, safe and empowering.  This is Lisa and Natascha's intention and part of the course design. 

And, women embodying their power can challenge internal and external social conditioning.  It brings us out of our patterns and comfort zones.  This process is experienced differently by every woman depending on her experiences, cultural context and beliefs.  It can be exciting, scary, wonderful, uncomfortable, peaceful, thrilling, difficult, enlivening, expansive and many more feelings.
