+SPONSOR via the "WILLING" Registration Form
--> Active in CoDA 6+ months
--> Worked the 12 Steps or currently working and through Step 4
+CO-SPONSOR via the "CO-SPONSOR" Registration Form
--> Active in CoDA 90+ days
--> 2 or 3 people that agree to work together through the 12 Steps
--> Support each other & give a different perspective
+SPONSEE via the "LOOKING" Registration Form
--> Attended 6+ CoDA meetings
--> Committed to continuing with CoDA & practice recovery tools
--> Ready to work the CoDA 12 Steps with someone
