Benchmark will be hosting "Experience Dyslexia®, A Simulation" in connection with the Pennsylvania Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (PBIDA). We invite parents, faculty, and staff to attend this event on Wednesday, November 2nd. Registration begins at 5:30 pm and presentation starts at 6:00 pm running until 8:30 pm at Benchmark School. The Simulation will consist of a brief discussion of dyslexia, including the neurological basis, the demographics, the warning signs, and the interventions that provide the best impact. You will then participate in various simulated activities which mimic the experiences and processing of those with dyslexia. We will close with a panel discussion.
