Our Whole Hog package comes in around 125 lb with several options to customize at no additional charge.

Crafted to include customers' most requested cuts, the Standard Cut List gives you a variety of cuts so the meals on your table aren't boring.

If yes, how many pounds do you want? Choosing Ground Pork will result in less sausage. Will come in 1 lb packages. (For example: "Yes, 5 lbs" entered below to request 5 lb of Ground Pork.)

In the example above: your total sausage quantity will now be 35 lbs:
 40 lb grind - 5 lb as ground pork = 35 lb remaining to be made into sausage
Ground Sausage flavors to choose from
Mild  - most popular - full flavored, can be used for breakfast or dinner Spice= 0
Medium with Sage - Full-flavored, traditional breakfast-style sausage. Spice = 🌶
Spicy/Hot  - Bolder-flavored, dinner style with a noticeable kick. Spice = 🌶🌶🌶
Chorizo - Tex-Mex seasoned. Spice = 🌶🌶

If you choose 2+ sausage varieties, we will split your total grind evenly between the varieties you choose.

Delivery:
Depending on the harvest schedule, we may need to deliver your pork or chicken order separate from your beef side. We will do our best to deliver everything at once.

Payment:
Each add on will be created as a separate order. You will receive another order confirmation once we process your add on request. 

Availability:
🐔 Chickens are raised between April-September. Chicken add ons will not be available for delivery between November-March. If you choose to add on chicken between November-March, we will contact you with an estimated pre-order date of our next available harvest and the wait may be between 4-6 months+.

🥩 The beef harvest schedule doesn't always align with our pork harvest schedule. That's why your beef add-on may not be ready at the same time as your pork side. You will not be charged a delivery fee if we deliver more than once.

If you choose an add on, we will contact you directly about your order delivery date. Please watch your email for an order confirmation.

1 package Chicken Backs + Step-by-step instructions for DIY chicken bone broth in the slow cooker.
$100 deposit is required for each add on.
Choosing more than 1 add on will result in a larger deposit charged. i.e. add on Ozark Family Beef  Bundle & Chicken Stock Up Bundle = $200 deposit charged in addition to your initial deposit for the original package

Exception for 1/4 Beef add on - Deposit is $300
