The competition festival will be held over the weekend of 26th and 27th October, the time-table for classes to take part is currently under construction but will largely depend on the volume of entries for each class.  Please ensure that you are available for both days until it is confirmed.  It will take place at Talbot Heath School, Rothsay Road, Bournemouth, BH4 9NJ.

PLEASE NOTE: A professional accompanist is available on request, however, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the music has been made available to the accompanist by the final date for submission of entries to the competition festival (21st September 2019).  The class cost will be doubled to include the fee for accompanying.  Please state clearly on the form whether an accompanist is required or not.  We will put you in touch with the accompanist to organise directly.  To allow appropriate time for the accompanist to learn the piece no extensions to the deadline for receipt of music can be given.

Each class should be paid by the deadline given by bank transfer or cheque to: “Poole Society for Young Musicians” with clear name of participant and at least one class code on transfer reference if possible. Sort code: 30 96 73 Acc no: 00015208 OR cheque to: 198 West Way, Broadstone, we prefer by bank transfer but if paying by cheque please ensure that the name of the participant is written on the back or send stapled to a copy of the application form.

Please kindly note that it will not be possible to refund fees for withdrawal of students from the competition unless there are extenuating circumstances, due to costs involved in support of this event. If for any reason it does not run  (we are not anticipating this) a full refund will be given.
