The Road to Law School: Insights from a Northwestern Law Student

Join us at UC Denver for a conversation with Maya Rugama, a third-year law student at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law! Maya will share her experiences, offer insights into navigating the law school journey, and answer all of your questions! Some topics she will discuss include: 

  • the law school admissions process
  • deciding if law school is the right path for you 
  • what life as a law student is really like 
  • overcoming imposter syndrome and navigating the legal field as a person of color  
  • and many more!
The event will take place on February 20th at 12 pm in the Boettcher Conference Room (ACAD-1401 student commons) at University of Colorado Denver. Students and alumni from all schools are welcome and encouraged to attend. Chipotle will be provided. Please fill out this form so that we can get an accurate headcount for food ordering purposes.
