2021 Senior Bios
The Unleashed staff is requesting you write and submit information for a Senior Bio in this year's yearbook. You can include things such as clubs, offices held, sports, certifications, and awards. Only list activities you have participated in since 9th grade and indicate which years you were involved by grade level (9, 10, 11, 12). Remember, what you write is a reflection of you and of our school. Make sure you are appropriate and concise or your bio will not be published!

This form must be completed and submitted no later than Wednesday, December 9th.
