Promise NYC Staten Island | La Colmena
Promise NYC is a program that will provide child care assistance to all low-income families, regardless of the child's immigration status. The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) and in partnership with community organizations will provide this benefit to the community throughout New York City.

For Staten Island families who wish to apply for Promise NYC, please complete the survey. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
After completing the survey, our Child Care Assistance Coordinator will contact families to be screened for PROMISE NYC. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a family registration application, as families will still need to be formally vetted and registered.
To the best of my knowledge, this family's immigration status makes them ineligible for other federally subsidized child care services AND they currently reside in Staten Island County. *
