This form is used to register your interest as a FREE AGENT in our league. Do not fill out this form if you are a captain or if you already have a team. Simply reach out to your team captain and ask them to invite you to the team for registration. 

After you submit your form, the team captains and the Oahu Pride Volleyball League Board of Directors will work hard to place you on an appropriate team. At that point, you'll receive a formal invitation to register for the league. You are not registered for the league until you receive an official email invitation to enroll.
