Milltown Sailing Association Membership Application

All club memberships run from June 1st to May 31st. New members dues are prorated from the application date. See next page for prorated fees.

There are two ways new member or a renewing members can pay membership dues. Prior to paying your dues, please fill out this membership form.

ANNUAL DUES FOR ACTIVE MEMBERS $200
ANNUAL DUES FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERS $75
ONE TIME INITIATION FEE $30 FOR NEW MEMBERS ONLY
